What is well-being?
When we use the term "wellbeing” we are talking about two factors: how we feel, and how we are functioning in our daily lives. It’s not only about happiness or physical wellness. There are many aspects to indicate to us our sense of how are lives are going and our sense of general well being. 

Wikipedia definition: Well being is a general term for the condition an individual or group, for example their social, economic, psychological, spiritual or medical state: high well being means that, in some sense, the individual or group’s experience is positive, while low well-being is associated with negative happenings.


What influences our Well-being?

Essentially, our well being is influenced by many factors which include: our experiences, genes and living environment. Also, our well being is influenced by our actions, our attitudes, the way we think, our sense of purpose and our own personal values.
